At his new school, they teach the kids Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Merrick is like a sponge, as all kids are at this age, and just loves learning. Check him out in action below -- showoff! :)
PS - completely unrelated, but literally while I'm typing Merrick is in bed singing himself to sleep. Is it a bad thing when your son is singing Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" to lull himself to bed? Hmm...I promise you I didn't teach him this one!

Nice job Merrick. I watched the color video twice because it was so impressive! I'm not sure I could remember all those colors.
I'm in awe! His facial expressions are sooo expressive of his emotions; how I miss him!!!!
